Christopher Todd became England's youngest international umpire in 1974. In this interview he recalls the World and European Cups, Champions Trophies and Olympic and Pan American Games in which he has umpired. As well as his biographical accounts, Todd discusses the impact of rule changes and reflects on the varied playing styles and rule interpretations of different nations.
