Carli-Lyn Vermani
Carli-Lyn manages the care, documentation and administration of The Hockey Museum’s collections. She organises collections work for the volunteers and is responsible for the consistency and quality of collections records the Museum’s collections management system Modes Complete.
A woman of many talents, Carli-Lyn is also responsible for the detailed planning of the Museum’s digitisation project, and she oversees social media and film-making output, working collaboratively with volunteers to deliver engaging online and audio-visual content.
Carli-Lyn brings her passion for history and heritage as well as a love for collections care to The Hockey Museum. She is a graduate of Idaho State University and the University of Kent, Canterbury with degrees in anthropology centring on museum studies. She has over 20 years of experience in museums and has held numerous senior management roles in a variety of museums in the USA.
Away from The Hockey Museum, Carli-Lyn is a Director of the Modes Users Association (MUA) and is Vice-Chair of the Surrey Museums Partnership.
